Start by adding the butter to the fresh blueberries.
Add enough hot water to cover everything, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the liquid and transfer everything to a medium bowl.
Add the sugar, the zest of one lemon, the juice of one lemon and mix everything very well to incorporate.
In a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, the sugar, the eggs, the condensed milk, the melted white chocolate and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the blueberries we prepared and mix again to incorporate.
Then cut the puff pastry into 3 strips and wrap them around the strawberries, securing them with a stick to form a skewer.
Next, transfer it to a baking tray with the puff pastry disc, arranging it to form a crust edge.
Add the blueberry mixture we prepared and brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
Place the dessert in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, sprinkle powdered sugar over everything.
Serve.
