
Start by grating the frozen ground beef steaks using the coarse side of a grater.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt, the black pepper, parsley to taste and whisk everything very well until fully combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the meat we grated and sauté until it turns lightly golden brown.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix to incorporate.
Add the egg mixture we prepared.
Cover the skillet and let it fry for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip the omelet, add the grated mozzarella cheese and let it fry until the cheese melts completely.
Serve.
