Start by placing the cream cheese in the Ziplock bag with the blueberries and seal it.
Transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat with boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer to a medium bowl.
Add the condensed milk, the zest of one lemon, the juice of one lemon and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a large saucepan, add the sugar, the cornstarch, the egg yolks, the milk and stir everything very well.

Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Add them to the cream we prepared and mix to incorporate.
To assemble the dessert, place the puff pastry discs around the rims of 3 large glasses.
Add the sliced strawberries, dividing them among the glasses.
Next, add the blueberry cream we prepared earlier.
Cover everything with the banana cream and top each glass with 1 disc of puff pastry.
Finally, transfer to a large baking tray.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, add one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Serve.
