
Sauce
Start by dipping the chicken fillets in the melted cheddar cheese, coat them in wheat flour and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the salt, the black pepper, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the water and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Transfer it to a large tray, add the chicken fillets and coat them in this mixture.
Next, coat them in grated potato.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the breaded chicken and fry until golden brown.
Remove from the hot oil and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Finally, cut the chicken we prepared into strips.
Serve with the sauce.
