Start by placing a 100g sheet of puff pastry on top of an ice cube tray and fit it into the gaps of the tray.
Next, in each gap, add one fresh raspberry and the Snickers bar cut into smaller pieces, dividing it among the spaces.
Add another 100g sheet of puff pastry on top and seal it well
Transfer to a large baking tray and brush a beaten egg over everything.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the white chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add 100g of heavy cream and mix until combined.
Then, in another small bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add 100g of heavy cream and mix until combined.
After the pastry has baked, cut it into smaller pieces and to finish, add the layers of ganache we prepared.
Serve.
