
Cake Sauce
Start by placing the whole eggs into the can of cherries in syrup and using a mixer, beat everything very well until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the cake mix and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the vegetable oil and mix again to incorporate.
Transfer all this batter to a 22cm baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the sweetened condensed milk, the butter, the semi-sweet chocolate and stir everything very well until the chocolate has completely melted.
Add the heavy cream and stir again to incorporate.
After the cake has baked, finish by covering it with the sauce we prepared.
