Start by tying knots on the chicken strips.
Place them over an upside-down sieve set in a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Next, add the butter and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the chicken from the sieve and set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the chicken knots we cooked earlier and sauté them until golden brown.
Remove them from the saucepan.
In the same pan, add the onion sliced into rings, the red bell pepper cut into strips, the diced tomatoes, the zucchini cut into smaller pieces and the diced garlic cloves.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, return the chicken to the saucepan, add the soy sauce, the mustard, the bacon cut into smaller pieces and sauté everything for another 5 minutes.
Then dissolve the cornstarch in the water, add it to the saucepan, pour in the beer and stir everything very well.
Cover the saucepan and let it all cook for 20 minutes.
Serve.
