Mashed Potatoes
Sauce
Start by placing the ground beef into a large bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs, the egg, the grated onion, the grated garlic cloves, parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chimichurri and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Then transfer all this meat to an ice cube tray greased with vegetable oil and spread it evenly.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 40 minutes.
In a large pot, add the potatoes cut into cubes and enough water to cover everything.
Turn on the heat to medium and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the butter and mash everything very well until it turns into a purée.
Next, add the salt, the black pepper and mix to incorporate.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated parmesan cheese and mix.
Finally, add parsley to taste and mix once more.
Next, transfer it to a medium baking dish, spread it evenly and set aside.
After doing that and once the beef cubes have chilled, place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the tomato sauce.
Season with the salt, the chili flakes, the oregano and mix everything very well.
Then spread this sauce on the baking dish with the purée, add the fried beef cubes and cover with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to an oven preheated at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
