Start by dipping a large sieve into the melted chocolate.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
In a large pot, add the egg yolks, the cornstarch, the sugar, the lime juice, the milk and mix until everything dissolves.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until you have a smooth and even cream.
Add the condensed milk, the white chocolate and stir everything very well until combined.
Remove from the heat and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar and spread it out.
When this sugar starts to melt, stir very well until it turns into caramel.
Add the walnuts and stir to incorporate.
Transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, chop the caramelized walnuts into smaller pieces.
To assemble the dessert, take the chocolate shell.
Add the ladyfinger biscuits chopped into smaller pieces, the cream we prepared and the caramelized walnuts.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
