Then divide the cream we prepared between these two dessert glasses and cover with more plastic wrap.
Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least one hour.
In a medium bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate.
Microwave it on maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring after each interval until completely melted.
Then add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
After the coconut dessert has chilled, unmold them from the dessert glasses.
Add the ganache we prepared and finish with shredded coconut to taste.
Serve.
