
Glaze
Start by adding the lemon to a pan filled with boiling water and let it cook for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the lemon from the pan and cut it into smaller pieces.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the milk, the vegetable oil and blend everything very well using a mixer until smooth and well combined.
Add the wheat flour and blend again until combined.
Then add the baking powder and mix again to incorporate.
Transfer this batter to a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the powdered milk, the juice of one lemon and mix everything very well until combined.
After the cake has baked, add the glaze we prepared and spread it.
Finish with lemon zest to taste.
Serve.
