
For Breading
Start by making shallow diagonal slits on a hot dog sausage then do the same on the opposite diagonal.
Pour hot water over it and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it with a brush.
Add the beaten eggs, spread evenly across the skillet and fry for 1 minute.
Next, fold the edges of the omelet, on top of it, add a slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of mozzarella cheese, the hot dog sausage we prepared and roll it up by wrapping the sausage in the omelet.
Then wrap everything in the slices of bacon.
Now, bread it by coating it in breadcrumbs, then dip it in beaten eggs and coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
In a large pot over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the hot dog sausage we prepared and fry it until golden brown.
Serve.
