Start by placing the onion rings with the sliced bacon into a large skillet over medium to low heat greased with olive oil.
Add the eggs, one in each onion ring.
To season, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to each one.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for 5 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Then spread butter to taste on the bread and toast it in a hot skillet over medium heat.
To make a sauce, in a mixer, add the mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until combined.
Now, let’s assemble the sandwich.
Add the sauce we prepared, tomato slices to taste, the eggs with the onion and lettuce leaves to taste.
Then add the sauce to the other half of the bread and close it.
Serve.
