Sausage and Cheese Pie

Start by placing the smoked hot dog sausages inside the plastic bottle with the top cut off.

Add the unsalted butter and enough hot water to cover everything.

Cover the bottle with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then prick all the sausages with a fork and set them aside. 

In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the bacon and fry until golden brown. 

In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup and mix. 

Then, on a piece of puff pastry, add one teaspoon of the sauce we prepared and spread it.

Add one slice of cheddar cheese, one slice of the bacon we fried, one of the hot dog sausages we prepared and roll it up by wrapping all the filling. 

Then cut into smaller pieces and set aside. 

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the grated cheddar cheese, the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste and mix. 

Transfer this mixture to the center of a large baking tray. 

Arrange the sausage rolls we prepared around the edges and brush a beaten egg over everything.

Add sesame seeds to taste on top. 

Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes. 

Serve.
