
Start by adding the cream cheese to the ground beef and spread it.
Add the butter, the eggs, the grated onion, the grated carrot, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste, the grated potato and the crushed garlic cloves.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated cheddar cheese and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then spread everything on the work surface and using the cream cheese container, divide the meat into 6 equal portions.
Transfer them to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper and using a spoon, make markings on top of each one.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve with a sauce of your choice.
