Start by placing small balls of ground beef on the sheet of fresh pasta dough placed in a mold.
Next, cover it with more dough and roll a rolling pin over it to separate all the balls.
Fill a large pot over medium heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the salt, the pieces of dough we prepared and let them cook for 10 minutes.
Then, remove them from the water and transfer them to a medium bowl.
Add the unsalted butter and mix to incorporate.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the tomato sauce, the salt, the black pepper and stir to incorporate.
Next, add the pieces of dough we prepared, the grated Parmesan cheese and stir everything very well to incorporate.
Add basil leaves to taste.
To make the dough, in a large bowl, add the egg, the water, the wheat flour, the salt and mix everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even dough.
Cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
To prepare the meat, in a large bowl, add the ground beef, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until incorporated.
Serve.
