Start by adding the cream cheese to the puff pastry cut into 3 circles and spread it evenly.
Add the cinnamon, the fresh blueberries, roll everything into a cylindrical shape and set aside.
Then spread the softened unsalted butter over another 300g of puff pastry also cut into 3 circles.
Add the chopped walnuts on top.
Then wrap the blueberry pastry with these pastry circles.
Next, place in a 6-cup cupcake pan and divide the pastry evenly among each cup just as I'm doing here.
On each one, add some wheat flour.
Flatten the pastry using a glass and set aside.
Then, in a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, the eggs, the sugar, the sweetened condensed milk, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the strawberries cut into smaller pieces and mix once more to incorporate.
Next, put this mixture into the pastry cups we prepared.
Brush everything with the beaten egg.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 50 minutes.
After this time has passed, to finish, dust the dessert with powdered sugar to taste.
Serve.
