
Start by placing the blueberries into a cupcake pan, divide them evenly among the cups and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, the eggs, the sugar, the condensed milk and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Add the melted white chocolate and mix everything very well again until fully combined.
Then pour this mixture into the pan with the blueberries and set aside.
Next, cut out 12 puff pastry discs using a small pastry ring.
Cover the cream and the blueberries with the pastry discs.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
