
Start by wrapping the puff pastry around the salmon, shaping it into a pizza crust.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the parsley, the spring onion, the garlic cloves chopped into small cubes, the salt, the black pepper, the lemon zest and mix everything very well until combined.
Then use a fork to make holes all over the pastry with the salmon.
Brush unsalted butter to taste in the center of the pastry, add toasted garlic flakes to taste, the cream we prepared and spread it evenly.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated parmesan cheese.
Brush a beaten egg onto the edges.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
To finish, add tare sauce to taste.
Serve.
