
Start by stuffing the chicken breasts with the mozzarella cheese sticks and set aside.
Cut the tomato and the red onion in half then into strips and set aside.
Next, make shallow horizontal slits in the chicken breasts.
In a small bowl, add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the dried parsley, the olive oil and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
Transfer the chicken we prepared to a large baking dish and brush it with all the sauce we prepared.
Now, into each cut, place a slice of cheddar cheese, one tomato strip and finally, one red onion strip.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
