
Rice
Start by placing the chicken legs in a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and let them cook for 5 minutes.
In a mixer, add the onions cut into smaller pieces and grind them.
Then, strain out all the onion juice using a strainer and set the onions aside.
Next, to this onion juice, add the instant coffee, the soy sauce, the honey, the crushed garlic cloves and mix everything very well.
In a large bowl, add the chicken we cooked.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, a drizzle of olive oil, the onion sauce we prepared and mix everything very well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, skewer the chicken legs onto the bamboo skewers.
Next, secure each one to the oven rack along with half an onion.
Place in a preheated oven at one 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a large baking tray, add the rice, the diced red bell pepper, the heavy cream and the chicken broth.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix.
Place it in the oven and let it bake together with the chicken legs.
Serve.
