
In a large saucepan, start by adding the condensed milk.
Add the egg yolks, the milk, the vanilla extract, the cornstarch and stir until the cornstarch dissolves.
Turn the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.
Remove from the heat and let the cream cool until it reaches room temperature.
Then, add the bananas, the strawberries, the kiwis all sliced into rounds covering the entire bottom of a large bowl lined with plastic wrap, alternating the fruits.
Add some of the cream we prepared and spread it out with a spoon.
Make a layer with 50g of banana slices and cover with ladyfinger biscuits, coating each one with cream.
Next, cover the biscuits with more cream and spread it out.
Make a layer with 50g of sliced strawberries and cover with ladyfinger biscuits, coating them with cream.
Then make a third layer with the cream.
Cover with 50gs of kiwi slices, spread another layer of cream on top and cover with ladyfinger biscuits.
Next, cover everything with plastic wrap.
Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, unmold the dessert and finish with the melted semisweet chocolate.
Serve.
