
Sauce
Start by wrapping a piece of chicken skin around a barbecue skewer.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the wheat flour and the cornstarch.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Transfer this mixture to a tall glass and coat the skewers we prepared by dipping them into this mixture.
Then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
Next, place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Serve.
