
Start by adding the black plums to an ice cube tray and fill it with water.
Place it in the freezer and leave until frozen.
In a medium bowl, add the grape-flavored gelatin, the hot water and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the black plum ice cubes we prepared, mix until they are all melted and set aside.
Next, in a medium bowl, add the passion fruit-flavored gelatin, the hot water and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the heavy cream and mix again until combined.
Next, pour the grape gelatin mixture into the plastic cups.
In each one, add 3 of the black plums we froze.
Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, add the passion fruit gelatin mixture to the cups with the grape gelatin.
Place them back in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 2 hours.
To finish, add one teaspoon of black plum jam to each one.
Serve.
