
Start by cutting the ripe mangoes into small cubes and transfer them to a baking dish.
Add the condensed milk and the milk.
Transfer to a blender, blend everything very well until combined and set aside.
Next, add the condensed milk onto a slice of bread and spread it evenly.
Top it with another slice of bread and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the bread with condensed milk and toast it until both sides are golden brown.
Add 1 splash of milk on each side of the bread and toast for another minute.
Next, cover the bottom of a plate with the mango cream we prepared.
Add the toasted bread and cover the toast with the mango cream.
Finish with pistachios to taste and chopped walnuts to taste.
Serve.
