
Start by adding the melted butter to the ground beef.
Then transfer it to a work surface, flatten the meat and in the center add the eggs.
Add the cold butter, the grated potato, the grated carrot, the crushed onion, the crushed garlic cloves, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes, parsley to taste and the cream cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika.
Add the grated cheddar cheese, the grated mozzarella cheese and mix everything very well to combine.
Spread everything evenly on the work surface and using the cream cheese container, divide the meat into 6 equal portions.
Transfer them to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Then using a spoon, make markings on top of the meat.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve with the sauce of your choice.
