Start by pouring the condensed milk over the pork ribs and roll it up.

Add the onion cut into strips and fry until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the barbecue sauce.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri and stir.
Add the ribs we fried, the tomato sauce, the water and stir.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
Serve.
