Puff Pastry Egg Muffin

Start by shaping the puff pastry using 2 12-cup cupcake pans.Next, in each gap, add 1 egg.Season with salt to taste and black pepper to taste.Add the diced fried bacon, spring onion to taste and the grated mozzarella cheese, divided among them.Next, trim the excess pastry and cut between them.Now, close the pastries forming muffins and brush the beaten egg over all of them.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.In a mixer, add the diced fried bacon, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until smooth and combined.Serve.
