Seasoned Meat
Start by placing the beaten eggs in the center of the cups filled with seasoned ground beef.
Place everything in the freezer and chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, remove from the cups, cut the meat in half and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the grated Parmesan cheese and mix everything very well.
Then coat the frozen meat in this mixture.
Transfer everything to a large baking tray lined with nonstick parchment paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
To make a sauce, in a mixer, add the mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until combined.
To season the meat we used here, take a medium bowl.
Add the ground beef, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the chimichurri, parsley to taste, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until combined.
Serve.
