
Sandwich
Start by placing the hamburger buns into a large skillet with boiling water over medium heat and stir until fully dissolved.
Next, remove the buns using a skimmer and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the red onion cut into small cubes, the sweet chili sauce, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and the onion powder.
Add the buns we prepared, the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, the cornstarch, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, line a lid with a piece of plastic bag.
And fill it with the meat we prepared, shaping it into a burger patty.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the burger patties we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each burger patty.
Cover the skillet and fry until the cheese melts.
Finally, to assemble a sandwich, on each bun, add mayonnaise to taste, ketchup to taste and mix.
Add 2 burger patties we prepared, 2 slices of tomato and pickles to taste.
Serve.
