
Start by placing the hot dogs in boiling water.
Add the ketchup, the mustard to taste, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Remove from the heat, transfer to a mixer and blend until finely ground.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the egg, the garlic powder, the onion powder, parsley and spring onion to taste and mix everything very well until combined.
Take a portion in your hands and shape it into a ball.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet over medium to low heat until it covers the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the balls we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
