
Start by adding the melted dark chocolate all over the chicken.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove all the skin from the chicken and shred it.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Add the onion cut into small cubes, the garlic cloves cut into small cubes and sauté until golden brown.
Then add the shredded chicken.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika and stir to incorporate.
Add the mayonnaise and stir once more.
Next, spread the butter on the baguette and toast it in a skillet over medium heat.
To assemble the sandwich, on the baguette, add the chicken pâté we prepared, the cherry tomatoes sliced into rounds, lettuce to taste and close it with the other half of the bread.
Serve.
