Wine Ice Cream

Start by pouring the red wine over the scoops of powdered milk ice cream and mix everything very well until fully combined.Transfer it to a plastic mold, place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 hours.After this time has passed, in a blender, add the milk, the heavy cream, the powdered milk, the condensed milk and blend everything very well until smooth and fully combined.Transfer this mixture to the mold with the wine ice cream.Place it in the freezer and let it chill for another 3 hours.After this time has passed, in a large skillet over medium to low heat.Add the condensed milk, the butter, the red wine and stir everything very well until smooth and slightly thickened.Next, add the heavy cream and stir to incorporate.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 200ml of Red Wine
  • 3 Scoops of Powdered Milk Ice Cream
  • 250ml of Milk
  • 400g of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup of Powdered Milk (240ml)
  • 790g of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Sauce

  • 395g of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 150ml of Red Wine
  • 200g of Heavy Cream

Modo de Fazer

Start by pouring the red wine over the scoops of powdered milk ice cream and mix everything very well until fully combined.

Transfer it to a plastic mold, place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 2 hours.

After this time has passed, in a blender, add the milk, the heavy cream, the powdered milk, the condensed milk and blend everything very well until smooth and fully combined.

Transfer this mixture to the mold with the wine ice cream.

Place it in the freezer and let it chill for another 3 hours.

After this time has passed, in a large skillet over medium to low heat. 

Add the condensed milk, the butter, the red wine and stir everything very well until smooth and slightly thickened.

Next, add the heavy cream and stir to incorporate. 

Serve.
