
Homemade Mayonnaise
Start by pouring the Coca-Cola over the chicken wings and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the Coca-Cola and make shallow cuts in all the wings.
Transfer them to a large bowl, add spring onion to taste, the white wine, the soy sauce, the salt, the black pepper, the curry powder and mix everything very well to incorporate.
Add the cornstarch and mix until it dissolves.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the chicken wings and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Now, in a blender add the garlic cloves with the germ removed, parsley to taste, spring onion to taste, the salt, the milk and blend everything very well until combined.
Then gradually add the vegetable oil with the blender still running and keep blending until it thickens.
Serve.
