
Filling
Start by breading the red onion. To do this, first dip it in melted cheddar cheese and coat it with crushed cheese-flavored chips.
Then wrap it in the sliced bacon and bread it again.
First coat it in wheat flour, then dip it in beaten eggs and finally, coat it with more crushed cheese-flavored chips.
Next, in a large pot over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the breaded onion and fry it until golden brown.
Remove it from the hot oil and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the grated cheddar cheese, spring onion to taste, the red bell pepper cut into small cubes, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything well until fully combined.
Finally, fill the onion with the cream we prepared.
Serve.
